Each year Medicare premiums, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are reviewed and updated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services – CMS. On November 22, 2021 the CMS released the 2022 Medicare benefit details.

There are changes in Part B and Part D IRMAA – Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amounts in 2022.
2022 IRMAA amounts are determined using 2020 tax return and individuals who make more than $91 000 and couples who make more than $182 000 are subject to IRMAA.
